Anannt Education
Faculty and review standards
Lessons and assessed items on this course carry named Anannt authors and approvers. The names below are Anannt academic staff for this Calculus AB programme. None of them are presented as College Board employees, AP readers-for-hire branding, or official endorsement.
Meera Krishnan
Academic Lead, Calculus
M.Sc. Mathematics; Anannt calculus faculty
Meera writes the Concept Lens for each lesson — the idea a student should still be able to say in words on an unfamiliar paper. She checks that BC-only techniques stay optional and labelled.
Review focus: Concept Lens, Method Choice, AB scope protection
Arjun Deshpande
Academic Approver
M.A. Mathematics Education; Anannt senior reviewer
Arjun solves assessed items before reading the proposed key. An author cannot publish an unapproved item; his sign-off is the second pair of eyes, not a rubber stamp.
Review focus: Independent items, distractors, two-person approval
Priya Nair
Foundation and algebra support
M.Sc. Applied Mathematics; Anannt lesson author
Priya authors the foundation bridge so a factoring slip is treated as algebra repair, not as a reason to repeat an entire calculus unit.
Review focus: Prerequisite bridge, Error Clinic, notation
Samuel Okonkwo
Reasoning Studio reviewer
Ph.D. Applied Mathematics; Anannt written-work reviewer
Samuel reviews handwritten arguments against point-level rubrics. Self-review and provisional marks stay labelled; they are never presented as his faculty result.
Review focus: FRQ rubrics, justification language, later-part credit
How a page reaches students
- Two-person rule. The author of a lesson or assessed item cannot also be its approver. Drafts stay draft until a different Anannt academic account moves them to approved, then published.
- Solve before the key. Reviewers work the item without the proposed answer in view. Distractors must be tempting for a named reason, not random noise.
- AB scope protection. Integration by parts, partial fractions, improper integrals, Euler’s method, logistic models, arc length, and parametric/polar/vector calculus are not required AB mastery. Optional extensions are labelled and kept out of default assignments.
- Corrections stay visible. If a statement is ambiguous, students can report it from the item. Faculty notes and review dates sit on the lesson chrome. Historical attempts are not silently rewritten.

The academic CMS preview shows coverage against required AB skills and blocks self-publish. A demo mentor queue holds one faculty-reviewed handwritten FRQ with page mapping. These are product controls, not a claim that every item in a future full bank has already been through a paid marking cycle.
